Zerolift Autolab uses the safest and most reliable shipping services to ship out your order. Because of our high shipping volume, we are able to offer you the absolute lowest costs of shipping. Your order will be shipped out by UPS, FedEx, or Yellow Transportation - fully insured and with a tracking number. Please give us a call, use our live help, or email our sales team along with the zip code we will be shipping to as well as the engine you plan to purchase for an accurate rate quote.
If a product does not remain serviceable for the full warranty period, then upon return of the defective unit to Zerolift Autolab, LLC. by the buyer, Zerolift Autolab, LLC. will, at its sole discretion, either provide a product exchange or refund.
Zerolift Autolab, LLC. reserves the right to tear down and examine defective products before adjustments will be made.
No return or adjustments after 30 days on any installed products.
Core needs to return within 30 days for full refund. Cores will no be accepted past 30 days.
All returns, new or used, are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Special order parts or not refundable and special order deposits are not refundable.
All returned checks are subject to a $35 service charge.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees including cancelled and refused orders.
